Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with The Merch House! We work hard to get your order to you as quickly and safely as possible. 

Processing Times

Processing times vary depending on the item. Some products are made to order and may require additional processing time before shipment. Estimated processing and delivery information may be provided on individual product pages when available. 

Shipping Times 

Once your order has shipped, delivery times vary based on your location, shipping carrier, and the product ordered. Shipping and delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside of our control. 

Multiple Packages

Because products may be fulfilled from different locations or suppliers, items from the same order may arrive separately and at different times. You will not be charged additional shipping simply because an order is shipped in multiple packages unless otherwise disclosed at checkout. 

Tracking

When tracking information is available, it will be sent to the email address provided with your order. Please allow time for tracking information to update after your package has shipped. 

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Please contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error. Once an order has entered fulfillment or shipped, we may not be able to change the address. 

Lost, Delayed or stolen packages

If your tracking information shows an issue with delivery, please contact the shipping carrier first. You may also contact us at belleagui@yahoo.com and we will assist you when possible. The Merch House is not responsible for carrier delays or packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier, except where otherwise required by law. 

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos so we can review the issue.
